The Plan

The first stage involves talking about your ideas and plans for your space. Whether you have your heart set on a specific design or you need some help to bring your vision to life, we'll ensure that the design reflects your brand and
workflow.

We do this via a blend of in-person meetings, Zoom calls, and emails to establish a connection and understand your preferences.

Putting insights into action

In this stage, we take the ideas from the planning phase and turn them into visual concepts. We create several floor plan options, taking into account room types, sizes, and flow.

Then, using drawings, sketches, and renderings, we provide a tangible view of what your space could look like. We’ll also explore and suggest potential
materials to match your design vision.

The ins and outs (literally)

The next stage involves outlining elevations and determining interior and exterior finishes. Once you’re happy with them, we’ll begin to select finishes that will be digitally integrated into the design plan.

This will not only give you the best idea of the design outcome, but you’ll be able to modify any elements of the design.

Locking it down

Now that we've made all the key decisions, it's time to finalize the details. We'll create detailed floor plans, elevations, and models that match your vision perfectly.

We'll also review the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aspects to ensure everything fits the project scope. These construction documents will serve as a precise guide for contractors and tradespeople to follow, ensuring the design is executed exactly as planned.

Getting the goods

Once we've nailed down all selections, we'll start the procurement process, focusing on finishes.

If certain high-value or long lead-time items need to be ordered earlier, we'll handle those as needed. The majority of purchasing will take place after the design documentation phase is signed off.

All systems go!

We'll work closely with your builders every step of the way. Our team will set up weekly meetings to review the previous week's achievements and discuss upcoming milestones. This ensures everything stays on track until your project is complete and ready to open.

Whether it’s your bar, restaurant hotel or simply a redesign of one room, knowing you have played a part in its transformation is an incredibly rewarding and memorable experience.

Plus, you can stand back and say “Yeah, damn right that’s our space”.
